12 points margin victory by Al Arabi against Al Shamal while Al Wakrah defeated Al Gharafa by 7 points margin
This is the first loss for Al Gharafa, this season
Nine teams are taking part in the competition this season including Al Ahli Sports Club, Al Arabi Club, Al Gharafa, Al Khor, Al Rayyan, Al Sadd Sports, Al Shamal
Al Wakrah and Qatar Sports Club .
In the first match Al Arabi defeated Al Shmal 82-74.
Best scorer in the match Mikheil Berishvili of Al Shamal with 24 points
In the 2nd match Al Wakrah defeated Al Gharafa 75-68
Best scorers in the match were Nicholas Stover of Al Wakrah and Fayez Al Fakih of Al Gharafa with 22 points . Stover added 10 rebounds and 8 assists to be named MVP of the match.
