Qatar Sports Club Doha (D1) strengthened their roster with addition of 27-year old Canadian power forward Keanau Post (210-122kg-92, college: Missouri, agency: Slash Sports). He played recently at KB Borea Peja in Kosovan Superliga. Post also spent pre-season at Ferro (La Liga) in Argentinian league.
Among other achievements his team made it to the Lebanese League Semifinals in 2018. Post received also NJCAA D1 All-America 2nd Team award back in 2013 at his college time. Post was a member of Canadian Senior National Team two years ago.
He is a very experienced player. Thanks to Post's pro career he managed to play on five different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America, Australia and of course North America) in eight different countries. Post has played previously professionally in Australia (Thunder), Georgia (Batumi), Poland, Saudi Arabia (Al Nasr), Lebanon (Beirut Club and Sagesse), Qatar (Al Gharafa), NBA G League (Raptors 905 Missisauga) and Canada (Hamilton Honey Badgers).
He attended University of Missouri until 2015 and it is his fifth season in pro basketball.
