Al Rayyan Doha (D1) strengthened their roster with addition of 25-year old American forward Donald Muepo-Kelly (201-107kg-94, college: S.Alabama). He played this summer at Miami in Eurobasket Summer League in Las Vegas2, which is considered top summer league for players who want to play basketball overseas. In three ESL games he recorded 12.0ppg, 3.7rpg and 1.3spg.
Muepo-Kelly graduated from University of South Alabama in 2017 and it is his third season as a professional player.
