American forward Justin Brownlee (197-F-1988, college: St.John's) was the top scorer of the day in the world yesterday with the 41 points he had in the Filipino league. Brownlee graduated from St. John's University in 2011. His excellent performance made his team the Kings beat the Giga 116 to 102. On top of that he also recorded 7 rebounds and 7 assists that evening. He is the 2nd best scorer in the league averaging almost 30 points and 9 rebounds per game. Among many awards he won the Indonesian IBL championship title in 2024. He was also selected as the AsiaBasket All PBA Governor's Cup Player of the Year as well as the Import Player of the Year back in 2022. Brownlee was also selected to the AsiaBasket All Asian Games First Team back in 2023.
