Kings made 20-of-25 charity shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. Painters were plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. Naturalized American forward Justin Brownlee (197-1988, college: St.John's) notched a double-double by scoring 31 points, 15 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the effort and guard Rhon Jhay Abarrientos (181-1999) supported him with 30 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. Brownlee is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Even a double-double of 27 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) by American center Jaylen Johnson (206-1996, college: Louisville, agency: Octagon Europe) did not help to save the game for Painters. Guard Gian Mamuyac (180-1999) added 25 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.

The best for the losing side was Egyptian-American center Patrick Gardner (211-1999, college: Marist) with a double-double by scoring 32 points and 13 rebounds and naturalized American guard Jason Brickman (183-1991, college: LIU Brooklyn, agency: Interperformances) scored 11 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists. Five Bolts players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.
