Hotshots were plagued by 28 personal fouls down the stretch. American center Marvin Jones (213-1993, college: Texas Southern) notched 28 points and 9 rebounds to lead the effort and guard Chris Newsome (187-1990, college: Georgetown, KY) supported him with 18 points and 5 assists. Five Bolts players scored in double figures. Even 28 points by point guard Jerom Lastimosa (178-1998) did not help to save the game for Hotshots. American power forward Clinton Chapman (208-1989, college: Texas, agency: Diamond Sports) added 26 points for the guests. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game.

Giga dominated down low during the game scoring 70 of its points in the paint compared to Warriors' 46. 26 personal fouls committed by Warriors helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. South Sudanese-American center Bol Bol (218-1999, college: Oregon) had a double-double by scoring 35 points (!!!) and 13 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Roger Ray Pogoy (189-1992) chipped in 21 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. Four Giga players scored in double figures. Haitian center Cady Lalanne (208-1992, college: UMass) responded with 46 points (!!!) and 15 rebounds and guard Schonny Winston (193-1998) scored 24 points and 5 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
