Meralco Bolts dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Bossing's 42 and made 28-of-37 free shots (75.7 percent) during the game. Meralco Bolts looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Meralco Bolts made 8 blocks. 24 personal fouls committed by Blackwater helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a great evening for who led his team to a victory scoring 22 points. helped adding 14 points and 8 rebounds. Japeth Aguilar accounted for 17 points and 10 rebounds. Forward Kevin Ferrer (194-1993) came up with 11 points and 8 rebounds for TNT Tropang in the defeat. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. TNT Tropang will play next round against Titan UGR trying to get back on the winning streak.
