PBA Round 3 of Finals. SM Beermen post second straight victory

TNT Tropang - SM Beermen 88-108

Beermen dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to TNT Tropang's 36. 29 personal fouls committed by TNT Tropang helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was center June Mar Fajardo (210-1989) who had a double-double by scoring 33 points (!!!) and 11 rebounds (on 12-of-15 shooting from the field). Guard Chris Ross (185-1985, college: Marshall) chipped in 15 points and 6 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was forward Calvin-John Oftana (195-1996) who recorded 15 points and 9 rebounds and Roger Ray Pogoy (189-1992) added 16 points respectively. Four Beermen and five TNT Tropang players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
