Flores number one in Philippines PBA for round 10

Power forward Cade Flores (196-F/C-1998) had a very impressive game in the last round for North Port Batang Pier, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 10.
The 26-year old player had a double-double of 26 points and 15 rebounds, while his team beat NLEX RW (#2, 8-3) 113-108. Thanks to this victory North Port moved-up to the 11th position in Filipino PBA. Too late to salvage the team, which is currently ranked such low. They already lost 9 games and recorded just two victories. In the team's last game Flores had a remarkable 91.7% from 2-point range. He has many years of experience at North Port, through which he has constantly improved. Cade Flores averages this season 9.7ppg and 6.8rpg.

The second best player in last round's games was young June Mar Fajardo (210-C-1989) of league's leader San Miguel Beermen. Fajardo had a very good evening with a double-double of 17 points and 23 rebounds. Bad luck as Beermen was edged by the lower-ranked FiberXers (#5, 7-4) 100-97. Despite lost game SM Beermen moved up to 1st position in the standings. His team has currently 8-3 record. Fajardo is one of the most experienced players at SM Beermen and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 17.5ppg (#9). His other stats are also decent: 13.1rpg and 3.3apg.

Third on the list of top players last round was New Zealand forward Kenneth Tuffin (194-F-1997) of Phoenix Fuel Masters (#9). Tuffin scored 29 points and grabbed 14 rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of Masters, leading his team to a 124-109 easy win against slightly lower-ranked Blackwater (#10, 2-9). The chances of Phoenix not to end season at such low position in the league, however are less than slim as they have already lost 7 games, recording just four victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Tuffin could try to bring Phoenix's a little bit higher in the standings. Tuffin has a very solid season. In 11 games in Philippines he scored 12.9ppg. He also has 4.9rpg, a FGP of 67.4% and 3PT: 48.6%. Kenneth Tuffin has also Filipino passport and can play in the league with a status of domestic player.

10. Richard Escoto (198-C-1997) of Blackwater - 20 points and 4 rebounds
