Pogoy number one in Philippines PBA for round 7 (by Hoops Agents)

Shooting guard Roger Ray Pogoy (189-SG-1992) put on an amazing game in the last round for Talk N Text Tropang Giga, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 7.
The 32-year old player was the main contributor (35 points, four rebounds and two assists) to his team's victory, helping them to beat Rain or Shine (4-3) 111-103. TNT Tropang maintains the 7th position in Filipino PBA. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. TNT Tropang will need more victories to improve their 4-3 record. In the team's last game Pogoy had a remarkable 73.3% from 2-point range. He has many years of experience at TNT Tropang, through which he has constantly improved. Roger Ray Pogoy has solid league stats. He is in league's top in points (8th best: 18.6ppg) and averages impressive 71.4% FGP and 41.2% from behind 3-point line.

The second best player in last round's games was young William Navarro (199-F-1997) of North Port Batang Pier. Navarro had a very good evening with a double-double of 27 points and 13 rebounds. Third on the list of top players last round was another TNT Tropang's star - forward John Paul Erram (203-F/C-1989). Erram got into 30-points club by scoring 31 points in the last round. He went also for six rebounds . He was another key player of Talk N Text Tropang Giga, helping his team with a 111-103 win against Rain or Shine (4-3). TNT Tropang needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 4 victories and 3 lost games. Erram has a very solid season. In 7 games in Philippines he scored 12.3ppg. He also has 5.1rpg, 2.0bpg and a FGP of 71.7%.
