H.Izrael inks Brandon Edwards

Hapoel Migdal Haemek/Emek Izrael/Nazareth Elite (National League) agreed terms with 33-year old American forward Brandon Edwards (201cm-102kg-1991, college: UT Arlington). Edwards started the season at Terrafirma Dyip in Filipino PBA league. In 9 games he had very impressive stats: 22.8ppg, 12.9rpg and 2.0apg.
He is quite experienced player. His career allowed him to visit three different continents, while he played in nine different countries. Edwards tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Asia and of course North America. He has played previously professionally in China, Finland (Vilpas), France (Denain Voltaire, SPO Rouen and Gries/Oberhoffen), Greece, Hong Kong (Friends), Kosovo (Trepca), Spain (Breogan Lugo and Melilla), Israel (Hapoel Ramat Gan Givataim, Galil Elion and Elitzur Yavne) and Macau (Macau Black Bears). Edwards was also voted to Eurobasket.com All-French ProB Honorable Mention back in 2021 and 2022.
He won Kosovo League championship title in 2024.
Edwards graduated from University of Texas at Arlington in 2014 and it is his eleventh (!!!) season as a professional player.
