SM Beermen inks Quincy Miller-Scott

Quincy Miller-Scott

San Miguel Beermen (PBA) signed 31-year-old American forward Quincy Miller-Scott (206cm-95kg-1992, college: Baylor, agency: Slash Sports). He was the second-best scorer at Enemies (Big3) in the U.S. He managed to play in three leagues in three countries last year.
Most of last season he spent at Grouses in Japanese B1 League where in 39 games he had 14.3ppg, 6.5rpg and 1.7apg. Miller-Scott also played for Talk N Text Tropang Giga earlier that season. He also played 1 game in Filipino PBA where he recorded very impressive stats: 37 points, 14 rebounds, 1 assist, 4 steals and 2 blocks.
In 2012, he was drafted by the Denver Nuggets (NBA) in the second round (38th overall). Miller-Scott attended Baylor University, and it will be his 13th (hopefully lucky) season in pro basketball.
He was a member of the USA U18 National Team in 2010.
Miller-Scott is a highly experienced player, having played in thirteen different countries on four continents. He has played professionally in Germany, Israel, Japan, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Serbia, Spain, Taiwan, Uruguay, the NBA, Croatia, Philippines, and The Basketball Tournament. His team reached the Big3 Semifinals in 2024.
He was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Uruguay LUB Honorable Mention in 2022 among many awards. He also played for University of Kentucky for one year.
