Ricky Ledo (ex Al-Muharraq) signs at Blackwater

Blackwater Bossing (PBA) signed 31-year-old American 201cm small forward Ricky Ledo (college: Providence, agency: Slash Sports) for the upcoming season. He last played for Al-Muharraq in the Bahrain Premier League, where he averaged 19.2ppg, 8.7rpg, 6.3apg, and 1.7spg in 6 West Asia Super League games last season. Ledo also had a stint with AEK Athens (GBL) in the Greek league.
In 2013, he was drafted by the Milwaukee Bucks (NBA) in the second round (43rd overall). Ledo graduated from Providence College, and it will be his twelfth season in pro basketball.
He is a very experienced player. Ledo has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to twelve different countries on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America). He has played previously professionally in China (Guandong Tigers, Loongs, Royal Fighters and Anhui Wenyi), Greece, Italy (Reggio Emilia), Lebanon (Al Riyadi), Poland (Anwil), Puerto Rico (Vaqueros, Fajardo and Gigantes), Spain (Baskonia), Taiwan (Dreamers), Turkey (Efes, Yalovaspor, Yesilgiresun and Fethiye), NBA G League (Wisconsin Ledord) and The Basketball Tournament (Team Hines and YGC).
He won the Chinese NBL championship title in 2023. He was voted to the Eurobasket.com Polish League All-Imports Team in 2020.
