Hotshots ink Tyler Bey

Magnolia Hotshots (PBA) signed 25-year old American forward Tyler Bey (201cm-98kg-1998, college: Colorado, agency: Pensack Sports) for upcoming 2024 season. Bey played this summer at Team Colorado (The Basketball Tournament) in the U.S. He managed to play in four leagues in two countries last year (!!!). Bey also played for the Bucks in NBA. But in three games he had just 0.7ppg and 2.3rpg.
Three years ago he was drafted by Philadelphia 76ers (NBA) in second round (36th overall). He graduated from University of Colorado in 2020 and it will be his fifth season in pro basketball.
Bey is quite experienced player. He has played also professionally in Israel (Ironi Nes Ziona), NBA (Dallas Mavericks and Houston Rockets), NBA G League (SLC Stars, RGV Vipers and Long Island Nets) and NBA Summer League (Chicago Bulls).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he won NBA G League championship title in 2022. Bey was also voted All-Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year back in 2020.
