Bay Area Dragons held off Ginebra Kings to draw things even at 2-2. Worth to mention a great performance of Canadian guard Kobey Lam (190-2000, college: Charleston) who helped to win the game recording 30 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists and Chinese forward Songwei Zhu (206-1996) who added 18 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. At the losing side American forward Justin Brownlee (197-1988, college: St.John's) responded with a triple-double by scoring 23 points, 13 rebounds, 11 assists and 4 steals and guard Scottie Thompson (188-1993) scored 18 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Four Ginebra Kings players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
