He had a double-double of 46 points and 18 rebounds, while his team beat Phoenix (#6, 5-5) 132-127. FiberXers maintains the 3rd position in Filipino league. They would have been even better if they did not have these two lost games earlier in Regular Season. FiberXers will need more victories to improve their 7-2 record. In the team's last game Miller-Scott had a remarkable eight three-pointers out of 13 attempts. He turned to be FiberXers' top player in his first season with the team. Baylor University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Miller-Scott is in league's top in points (2nd best: 32.0ppg), rebounds (6th best: 16.0rpg) and averages solid 3.1bpg,58.4% FGP and 41.2% from behind 3-point line. Second best performed player last round was Myles Powell (188-G-1997) of league's second-best Bay Area D.. He is American guard in his first season at Bay Area D.. In the last game Powell recorded impressive double-double of 50 points and 10 rebounds. Of course he led Bay Area D. to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked Rain or Shine (#8, 4-5) 120-87. This victory allowed Bay Area D. to move up to second position in the standings. His team's 7-2 record is not bad at all. Powell is a newcomer at Bay Area D. and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 38.6ppg (#1). He also registered 8.4 boards per game. Third place about best performers goes to Kaleb Wesson (208-C/F-1999) of Phoenix (#6). Wesson showcased his all-around game by recording 25 points, twenty one rebounds (!!!) and seven assists in the last round. Despite Wesson's great performance Phoenix lost 127-132 to the higher-ranked FiberXers (#3, 7-2). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. The last thing Phoenix needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 5 victories and 5 lost games. Wesson has a great season in Philippines. After 10 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 18.3rpg (#1 in league). He also has 2.0bpg and FGP: 52.0%.
