Orthodoxi Ramallah clinched Palestine Premier League 2021/2022 title sweeping the Final series against Orthodoxi Beit Sahour 2-0. Orthodoxi Ramallah opened the Finals with a 76-68 win. In the seocnd game Orthodoxi Ramallah escaped with a narrow 63-62 victory to seal the trophy.
