PBBA Round 17: No surprise as #1 Ibdae defeat Qalandia- April 18, 2022

Alamal - Beit Sahour 57-95 Very expected game when 9th ranked Alamal (2-14) was crushed at home by fourth ranked Beit Sahour (8-4) 95-57 on Wednesday. Beit Sahour maintains fourth place with 8-4 record. Alamal lost their third game in a row. They stay at the bottom position with 14 games lost. Tracenta BH - Orthodox RML 55-101 The game in supposed to be also worth to mention about. Second ranked Orthodox RML (12-2) played at the court of 8th ranked Tracenta BH (4-11). Orthodox RML smashed Tracenta BH 101-55. The victory was the seventh consecutive win for Orthodox RML. They maintain second place with 12-2 record behind leader Ibdae. Tracenta BH lost their eighth game in a row. Newly promoted team keeps the eighth position with 11 games lost. Qalandia - Ibdae 82-88 PBBA top team - Ibdae (13-1) added another victory to their record on Friday. This time they beat fifth ranked Qalandia (6-8) 88-82. Ibdae have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain first place with 13-1 record. Qalandia lost third consecutive game. Defending champion keeps the fifth position with eight games lost. Orthodox BTHL - Beit Gala 81-87 The game in Bethlehem was also quite interesting. Third ranked Beit Gala (9-3) played at the court of 7th ranked Orthodox BTHL (5-13). Beit Gala managed to secure a 6-point victory 87-81 on Friday. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Beit Gala. They maintain third place with 9-3 record having six points less than leader Ibdae. Orthodox BTHL at the other side keeps the seventh position with 13 games lost. |
