De La Salle Champions of the league, Catholic Action in 2nd Place

The womens tournament finished with success with 8 teams taking part in two groups, De la Salle & Catholic Action played for the title, while Sariyet Ramallah & De La Salle Bethlehem played for the 3rd & 4th place. This tournament is a starting point for womens basketball to get better, there are talented experienced players as well as many young players with great potential thirsty to play to gain experience along with generations to come to make Women Palestinian Basketball better.

- De La Salle Jerusalem

The champions of the league, a complete team with skillful girls along with an import player & an experienced coach Wisam Zuamot. De La Salle had zero losses, played & won 3 games in the first round against De La Salle Bethlehem , Orthodoxi Ramallah, Sariyet Ramallah and was able to win the semi-final game against Orthodoxi Beit Jala & the final competitive game against Catholic Action to win the title. De La Salle is known for its teamwork with great passes led by Suhair Zalatimo, fast drives by Abeer Zalatimo & Luna Sudah, Dua Nairoukh with Julie Younis unstoppable under basket along with
Tamara Awartani (170-G-82) with several 3pointers.
De La Salle team includes Abeer Zalatimo, Suhair Zalatimo, Dua Nairoukh, Mishleen Mansoor, Veeda Qamar, Luna Sudah, Juana Qamar, Jane Bahbah, Yara Assad, Mira Kiryakose, Julie Younis (American Player) and newly joined
Tamara Awartani.

- Catholic Action Club
After playing strong against De La Salle Jerusalem in the final game they came in 2nd place, a young team filled with talented players lacking the experience along with an import player & well-known coaches Basel Maayah and Adel Asmari. Catholic Action had zero loses in the first round against De La Salle Beit Sahour & Orthodoxi Beit Jala, won the semi final against Sariyet Ramallah & lost the final game against De La Salle Jerusalem. Catholic Action is known for its strong will in playing led by Seraina Qaraa strong passes, great shots by Shireen Nissan & Jumana Jabras 3pointers along with Paulina Nissan & Juana Batarseh strong under basket along with Cherry Lavins all around game.
Catholic Action club includes Shireen Nissan, Seraina Qaraa, Jumana Jabra, Tanya AlJaar, Paulina Nissan, Sireen Sabat, Juana Batarseh & Cherry Lavin (American Player).

-Sariyet Ramallah Club
Playing hard against more experienced teams getting better in every game, the young team comes in 3rd place coached by the well known player Ibrahim Habash. Sariyet Ramallah won 2 games in the first round against Orthodoxi Ramallah & De la Salle Bethlehem however lost from De La Salle Jerusalem and from Catholic Action in the semi-final while winning over Orthodoxi Beit Jala and came in 3rd place. Sariyet Ramallah led by Nour Nabulsi a young talented girl with great passes & shots, strong drives by Sally Jildeh with unstoppable rebounding & good shots, Sireen Qawars 3pointers & nice passes along with Taleen Abu Ghazaleh, Majd & Mays Rimawis good drives, Reem Diab & Hadeel under basket.
Sariyet Ramallah includes Sireen Qawar, Noor Nabulsi, Sally Jildeh, Majd Rimawi, Mays Rimawi, Reem Diab, Razan Habash, Hadeel, Rana Ayed, Dalia Khader, Hanin Khalil, Taleen Abu Ghazaleh.

- Orthodoxi Beit Jala
A team thirsty to play filled with young talented girls led by the well known coach Maher Matar came in 4th place. Orthodoxi Beit Jala won 2 games in the first round against De La Bethlehem, Orthodoxi Beit Sahour however lost from Catholic Action and from De La Salle Jerusalem in the semi-final & Sariyet Ramallah thus came in 4th place. Orthodoxi Beit Jala led by Rinad Zreineh with her strong will, drives & good shots along with Ghada Abu Rummans great shots & drives.
Beit Jala consists of Ghada Abu Rumman, Rinad Zreineh, Ludrus Zeidan, Maryan Mukarkar, Nancy, Raneem & Christine Faraj,

There was an obvious difference between the following four teams & the first four. These teams are young, lacking the experience due to not having any games on continuous bases but motivated thus given the right circumstances & hopefully a set season, players will develop building a bases for Palestinian Womens basketball.
