Bangladesh national basketball team defeated Pakistan by 79-65 points to make it to the final of the Five Nation Championship 2023 which is taking place in the Maldives. Mithun Biswas (192-G/F-1989) caged 26 points while Bappy and Tanu added 14 and 12 respectively for Bangladesh who led the game 40-36 at half-time. The winner of the other semi-final between Nepal and Bhutan will face Bangladesh in Thursday's final. Five South Asian countries including hosts Maldives are taking part in the competition. |
