SABA 3x3 Men's Basketball Championship; Bangladesh win Title, Nepal settled for third

Hosts Bangladesh are crowned the champions of the inaugural edition of South Asian Basketball Association (SABA) 3x3 Men's Basketball Championship after it defeated Maldives 21 - 7 in their last match of the championship which was held at Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Hosts defeated all the participating countries to lift the championship. They beat Bhutan 22 - 09, Sri Lanka 20 - 09, Nepal 20 - 18 and Maldives 21 - 09 en-route to lifting the first edition of the SABA 3x3 Men's Basketball Championship.

Meanwhile, Sri Lanka won silver and Nepal secured third position in the championship.

After India, Pakistan and Afghanistan pulled out of the championship, five countries of South Asia, Hosts Bangladesh, Nepal, Maldives, Bhutan and Sri Lanka battled it out for 3x3 supremacy in the South Asia.
