Khuleguud claim third straight win in championship series

Khuleguud inched closer to the League title. They beat Selenge Bodons to open 3-0 lead in the best-of-seven championship series. Azbayar Altangerel (202-F-2005) came up with 27 points and 10 rebounds to pace the hosts. Ian Miller (191-G-1991, college: FSU) contributed 14 points for the winners.
The teams were tied at 38 at the big break. But the Broncos went on a strong rally in the third period to take a 9-point lead heading into the fourth frame. Khuleguud kept their opponents at bay throughout the final period and rallied to the victory.
Jay Scrubb (198-G/F-2000, college: John A.Logan) notched 20 points for Selenge Bodons.
