Xac Broncos topple Selenge in overtime

Xac Broncos claimed the opening victory in the League Finals. They held off Selenge Bodons in overtime in the opener. Azbayar Altangerel (202-F-2005) came up with 19 points to lead the hosts.
Selenge jumped to a 42-36 halftime lead. They maintained the lead throughout the third period. Selenge entered the fourth quarter up by two points 57-55. But Broncos denied the deficit in the fourth period forcing overtime. They held Selenge to just 7 points in the extra period and raced to the win. Tushig Elbeg (180-G-2001) tossed in 16 points for the home side. Jay Scrubb (198-G/F-2000, college: John A.Logan) answered with 18 points for Selenge.
