Broncos advance into semifinal stage

Khuleguud Broncos became the first semifinalists. They outgunned Darkhan United 91-83 in overtime to complete the sweep of the quarterfinal series. Barsbold Baatar-Erdene (183-G-2004) came up with impressive 40 points to lead the visitors. Darkhan led by four points at halftime 42-38. They extended the lead to 7 points heading into the fourth frame. But Khuleguud held the hosts to just 10 points in the fourth term to force overtime. Broncos erupted for 14 points in the extra period to ice the victory. Anthony Nelson (193-G-1998, college: Manhattan) answered with 19 points for Darkhan.
