Ulaanbaatar Amazons earned the third straight victory in the Mongolian League Finals. They knocked down Aravt to inch closer to the title. Khulan Onolbaatar (181-F/C-1999, agency: ASE) scored 28 points and grabbed 8 rebounds to pace the winners.
Amazons recorded a 52-46 halftime lead. They maintained the lead throughout intense third period. Amazons accumulated a 70-67 advantage at the final break. But the hosts triggered a 16-3 rally to open the fourth frame and never looked back en route to the win. Ariuntsetseg Bat-Erdene (180-F/C-2001) chipped in 23 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in the victory. Bride Kennedy-Hopoate (189-F-1997, college: N.Mexico) answered with 29 points and 12 rebounds for Aravt.
