McKenzie Moore's triple-double lands him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

American Guard McKenzie Moore (198-G-1992) put on an amazing game in the last round for Zavkhan Brothers, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 7.
The 33-year old player recorded a triple-double of 25 points adding also 11 rebounds and 15 assists, while his team beat Selenge (5-5) 83-77. Brothers is placed at 6th position in Mongolian MBL. Brothers is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 5-5 record. Moore turned to be Brothers' top player in his first season with the team. Former The University of Texas at El Paso star has very solid stats this year. Moore is in league's top in points (4th best: 25.6ppg), rebounds (2nd best: 9.1rpg) and averages impressive 1.3bpg and 54.5% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was young American Davion Warren (198-G-1999) of league's leader BCH Knights. Warren had a very good evening with 26 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. Of course he led BCH Knights to another comfortable win outscoring slightly lower-ranked Apes (#2, 8-5) 108-81. It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the title. BCH Knights consolidated its place in the very top position of the standings. His team lost just one game this season, while they won 8 matches. Warren is a newcomer at BCH Knights, but is already one of team's top players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 25.8ppg (#2). His other stats are also decent: 4.9rpg and 6.4apg.

Third on the list of top players last round was Enkhbayasgalan Amgalan of Erdenet Miners (#4). Amgalan got into 30-points club by scoring 31 points in the last round. He was a key player of Miners, leading his team to a 87-73 easy win against the lower-ranked Metal (#8, 5-7). Miners needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 6 victories and 4 lost games. Amgalan has a very solid season. In 7 games in Mongolia he scored 13.6ppg. He also has 6.6rpg and a FGP of 59.5%.
