Robinson's double-double lands him Player of the Week award

34-year old American center Thomas Robinson (203-C-1991) had an amazing evening in the last round for second-ranked IHC Apes and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 6.
He had a double-double of 28 points and 14 rebounds, while his team edged out Brothers (#6, 5-5) 87-85. Apes was forced-out from the top positions in Mongolian league. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Apes will need more victories to improve their 8-5 record. Robinson turned to be Apes' top player in his first season with the team. Thomas Robinson averages just after three games 19.3ppg and 8.7rpg.

Second best performed player last round was Byron Wesley (196-G-1992) of Mongolians Basketball Team. He is American guard in his first season at Mongolians. In the last game Wesley recorded an impressive 40 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. Bad luck as Mongolians was edged by slightly higher-ranked Falcons (#9, 2-7) 93-91. The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. Mongolians is still at the dead bottom 10th position. 10 lost games are too many comparing to just one victory Mongolians managed to get this year. Wesley is a newcomer at Mongolians and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 26.0ppg (#1). His other stats are also decent: 4.5rpg and 4.1apg.

Third place about best performers goes to guard Davion Warren (198-G-1999) of league's leader BCH Knights. Warren showcased his all-around game by recording 28 points, 5 rebounds and 10 assists (!!!) in the last round. He was a key player of BCH Knights, leading his team to a 83-80 win against the lower-ranked Metal (#8, 5-7). BCH Knights confirms their top position in the standings. Warren has a great season in Mongolia. After only 8 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 25.8ppg (2nd best) and assists with 6.4apg (2nd best). He also has 3.9spg and a FGP of 61.1%.

10. Omoefay Johnson (206-F-1999) of Xac Broncos - 20 points and 10 rebounds

The Player of the week is selected based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
