Best players of Mongolian MBL round 2 (by Hoops Agents)

American Davion Warren (198-G-1999) put on an amazing game in the last round for league's leader BCH Knights and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 2.
The 26-year old guard had the game-high 29 points adding nine rebounds and seven assists for BCH Knights in his team's victory, helping them to crush Brothers (#6, 1-2) with 17-point margin 103-86. It allowed BCH Knights to consolidate first place in the Mongolian MBL. The season is still on an early stage, but BCH Knights already had a very good start winning all 3 without losing a single one. In the team's last game Warren had a remarkable 88.9% from 2-point range. He turned to be BCH Knights' top player in his first season with the team. Texas Tech University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Warren is league's best scorer averaging so far 28.0ppg. Warren is in league's top in assists (6th best: 4.7apg) and averages solid 3.3spg and 69.0% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young American forward Ahmad Gilbert (200-F-1996) of Selenge Bodons Sukhbaatar. Gilbert impressed basketball fans with 32 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists. Of course he led Bodons to another comfortable win outscoring Metal (1-2) 93-73. The season is still at the very beginning and this victory may help a lot. Let's wait for the next round. Gilbert is a newcomer at Selenge and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 25.0ppg (#2). He also registered 8.7 boards per game.

The third best performed player last round was another BCH Knights' star - international guard Erdenetsogt Ochirbat (184-G-1995). Ochirbat scored 27 points and passed 6 assists. He was another key player of BCH Knights, helping his team with a 103-86 easy win against Brothers (#6, 1-2). BCH Knights started extremely well this year. They recorded 3 victories without losing a single game. Ochirbat turns to be one of the very best players in the league while he is also a leader of the top team having his eyes on the championship title. Ochirbat has a great season in Mongolia. After only 3 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 19.7ppg (9th best).
