Khuleguud - Metal 82-85 (OT)

Metal stayed on the winning path as they fired past Khuleguud in the Finals opener. Byron Wesley (196-G-1992, college: Gonzaga) came up with 40 points to pace the winners.
Metal grabbed a 22-12 lead after ten minutes. But Broncos went on a strong second period rally to eke out a 34-30 halftime lead. Khuleguud exploded with 26 points in the third term to secure a 60-55 advantage at the third break. Metal however erased the deficit in the fourth stanza forcing overtime. The visitors poured in 12 points in the extra period to snatch the win. Uuganbayar Tumenbayar (180-PG-1998) contributed 15 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Ian Miller (191-G-1991, college: FSU, agency: Diamond Sports) answered with 25 points, while Jordan Tolbert (200-F-1992, college: SMU) netted 20 points in the loss.
