McKenzie Moore's triple-double lands him Player of the Week award

32-year old American guard McKenzie Moore (198-G-1992) had a very impressive game in the last round for Zavkhan Brothers and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 25.
He recorded a triple-double of 19 points adding also 18 rebounds and 17 assists, while his team beat UB TLG (#10, 5-19) 107-93. Brothers is placed at 6th position in Mongolian league. Brothers is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 12-10 record. In the team's last game Moore had a remarkable three three-pointers out of 7 attempts. He turned to be Brothers' top player in his first season with the team. The University of Texas at El Paso graduate has very impressive stats this year. Moore is in league's top in points (5th best: 23.1ppg), rebounds (2nd best: 10.9rpg) and averages solid 1.6bpg,2.1spg and 54.6% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Byron Wesley (196-G-1992) of league's second-best BIM Bishrelt Metal Ulaanbaatar. He is American guard in his first season at Metal. In the last game Wesley recorded an impressive 27 points, 3 rebounds and 9 assists. Of course he led Metal to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked Bison (#9, 6-20) 117-76. This victory allowed Metal to move up to second position in the standings. His team's 16-9 record is not bad at all. Wesley is a newcomer at Metal and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 23.3ppg (#4). His other stats are also decent: 5.7rpg and 5.2apg.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Justin Moss (203-F/C-1993) of Nalaikh Bison (#9). Moss got into 30-points club by scoring 32 points in the last round. He went also for fifteen rebounds and five assists. Despite Moss' great performance the Bizon lost 76-117 to the higher-ranked Metal (#2, 16-9). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. Bison can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 6-20 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Moss has individually a great season in Mongolia. After 14 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 30.9ppg (best scorer) and rebounds with 9.5rpg (5th best).
