American Guard McKenzie Moore (198-G-1992) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Zavkhan Brothers, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 23.
The 32-year old player had a double-double of 37 points and 10 rebounds, while his team beat Knights (#7, 11-11) 93-84. Brothers is placed at 6th position in Mongolian MBL. Brothers is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 11-9 record. In the team's last game Moore had a remarkable 66.7% from 2-point range and got three three-pointers out of 6 attempts. He turned to be Brothers' top player in his first season with the team. Former The University of Texas at El Paso star has very solid stats this year. Moore is in league's top in points (4th best: 23.8ppg), rebounds (2nd best: 10.8rpg) and averages impressive 1.4bpg,2.3spg and 55.7% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was young American Kenny Wooten Jr. (204-F-1998) of Ulaanbaatar TLG. Wooten Jr. had a very good evening with a double-double of 21 points and 26 rebounds. Bad luck as UB TLG lost that game 88-97 to slightly higher-ranked Bison (#9, 6-18). The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. UB TLG dropped in the standings to very bottom position. 18 lost games are too many comparing to just five victories UB TLG managed to get this year. Wooten Jr. is one of the most experienced players at UB TLG and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third on the list of top players last round was American center Kyree Walker (198-C-2000) of Nalaikh Bison (#9). Walker got into 30-points club by scoring 40 points in the last round. He went also for sixteen rebounds and five assists. He was a key player of Bizon, leading his team to a 97-88 win against slightly lower-ranked UB TLG (#10, 5-18). Bison can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 6-18 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Walker has individually a great season in Mongolia. After 14 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in assists with 4.2apg (7th best).
