Ulaanbaatar Amazons and Aravt have won Semifinal openers. Ulaanbaatar Amazons overcame Winx 83-46. The league-leaders won the opening frame 18-16 and dominated the rest of the game. B Ariuntsetseg (181-F) led the way with 17 points, Nyamjav Nandinkhusel (177-F-2006) added 16, whilst Grace Berg (183-F-2000, college: Drake) had 15. Michaela Porter (182-PF-1999, college: App State) replied with 12 points in a loss.
Aravt meanwhile edged SBL KK 81-74. Bolog netted 17 points for the winners, whilst Kristina King (190-F/C-1995, college: WVU) replied with 17 points.
