Best players of Mongolian MBL round 17

Experienced American McKenzie Moore (198-G-1992) put on an amazing game in the last round for Zavkhan Brothers and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 17.
The 32-year old guard had the game-high 30 points adding eight rebounds and nine assists for Brothers in his team's victory, helping them to crush Selenge (#2, 11-6) with 21-point margin 108-87. Brothers is placed at 6th position in Mongolian MBL. Brothers is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 8-7 record. In the team's last game Moore had a remarkable 53.8% from 2-point range. He turned to be Brothers' top player in his first season with the team. McKenzie Moore averages this season 21.0ppg, 10.4rpg and 8.3apg.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young American power forward Justin Moss (203-F/C-1993) of Nalaikh Bison. Moss impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 40 points and 10 rebounds. Bad luck as Bizon lost that game 95-100 to the higher-ranked Xac Broncos (#1, 18-2). Bison managed to keep the same 9th spot in the standings. 15 lost games are too many comparing to just five victories Bizon managed to get this year. Moss is a newcomer at Bison and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 30.5ppg (#1). He also registered 9.0 boards per game.

The third best performed player last round was American Terran Petteway (198-F-1992, agency: MSG) of Darkhan United (#5). Petteway showcased his all-around game by recording 23 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists in the last round. He was a key player of United, leading his team to a 92-75 easy win against the lower-ranked UB TLG (#10, 5-15). Darkhan needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 9 victories and 8 lost games. Petteway has a great season in Mongolia. After 17 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 19.5ppg (8th best), rebounds with 6.5rpg (9th best) and assists with 3.8apg (7th best).
