Wooten Jr. number one in Mongolia MBL for round 11

American Forward Kenny Wooten Jr. (204-F-1998) had an amazing evening in the last round for Ulaanbaatar TLG, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 11.
The 26-year old player had a double-double of 27 points and 16 rebounds, while his team in a lost game to Bison (#9, 5-10) 89-101. UB TLG maintains the 8th position in Mongolian MBL. UB TLG is rather a weak team placed in lower part in the standings. But it was their 9th lost game this season out of 14 games. In the team's last game Wooten Jr. had a remarkable 90.9% from 2-point range. He turned to be UB TLG's top player in his first season with the team. Kenny Wooten Jr. averages this season 17.2ppg and 10.7rpg.

The second best player in last round's games was young American Justin Moss (203-F/C-1993) of Nalaikh Bison. Moss had a very good evening with 35 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists. Of course Bizon cruised to a 101-89 relatively comfortable win over slightly higher-ranked UB TLG (#8, 5-9). Bison's 9th position in the standings has not changed. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 5-10 record. Moss is a newcomer at Bison, but is already one of team's top players.

Third on the list of top players last round was American guard McKenzie Moore (198-G-1992) of Zavkhan Brothers (#7). Moore showcased his all-around game by recording 28 points, 13 rebounds (!!!) and 4 assists in the last round. Despite Moore's great performance the Brothers lost 85-91 to the higher-ranked Knights (#3, 7-5). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. The last thing Brothers needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 5 victories and 5 lost games. Moore has a very solid season. In 3 games in Mongolia he scored 22.3ppg.
