Coleman is back at Aravt, ex Urla

Amarah Coleman

Aravt (MBL) agreed terms with 28-year old American guard Amarah Coleman (180cm-1996, college: DePaul). It is actually her comeback to Aravt as she has played here before. She was second best scorer at Urla in Turkish TKBL last season where in three games she had very impressive stats: 21.3ppg, 8.3rpg, 4.7apg and 2.3spg. She also played for Aravt. In three games she recorded also remarkable stats: 21.0ppg, 8.0rpg and 4.7apg.
In 2018 she was drafted by Atlanta Chicago Sky (WNBA) in third round (28th overall).
The former De Paul University star is in her seventh season in pro basketball.
Coleman is quite experienced player. Her career allowed her to visit five different continents, while she played in seven different countries. She tasted the life as a pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, Latin America, Australia and of course North America. Coleman has played previously professionally in Australia (Power), Greece (Dafni Agioy), Iceland (Snaefell), Mexico (Rojas), Spain (Ferrol) and Albania (Partizani). Coleman's team made it to the League Semifinals in 2024. She played also for University of Illinois for one year.
