The most surprising game was a loss of top-ranked Broncos (13-2) in Ulaanbaatar on Saturday night. Visitors were defeated by fifth ranked Metal (7-6) 75-64. Metal made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Metal outrebounded Xac Broncos 38-27 including 25 on the defensive glass. It was a great evening for American power forward Devon Scott (205-1994, college: Dayton) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 12 rebounds. International guard Enkhbayasgalan Amarbayasgalan (195-1997) helped adding 14 points and 5 rebounds. American forward Jordan Tolbert (200-1992, college: SMU) responded with 9 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. Metal moved-up to fourth place. Xac Broncos at the other side still keep top position with two games lost. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Brothers. It was an exceptional evening for Arunbold Temujin who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds. Lance Thomas accounted for 20 points. American guard McKenzie Moore (198-1992, college: UTEP) came up with a double-double by scoring 28 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists for Brothers in the defeat. Knights moved-up to third place. Brothers at the other side keep the sixth position with five games lost. They share it with Apes. Knights will play against Metal (#4) in Ulaanbaatar in the next round. Brothers will play on the road against UB TLG in Ulaanbaatar and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
