He is quite experienced player. His career allowed him to visit four different continents, while he played in thirteen different countries. Weatherspoon tasted the life as a pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America. He has played previously professionally in Belize (Western Ballaz), Chile (Los Leones), Colombia (Cafeteros and Corsarios), Finland (Karhubasket), Japan (Scorpions and Earthfriends), Philippines (Painters), Portugal (Academica), Venezuela (Broncos and Frontinos), Norway (Baerum Basket), Thailand (PEA), El Salvador (Metapan) and The Basketball Tournament (Zip Em Up). Among many awards he played in the final of Colombian LPB Clausura in 2023. Weatherspoon was voted to Asia-Basket.com All-Japanese B League D3 Honorable Mention back in 2020. He graduated from University of Toledo in 2015 and it will be his tenth season as a professional player. Weatherspoon played also for Ohio State University for 2 years.
