Nalaikh Bison (MBL) strengthened their roster with addition of experienced 37-year old American 189cm shooting guard Brandis Raley-Ross (college: S.Carolina) for season 2024-25. He played most recently at Bima Perkasa in Indonesian IBL league. In 21 games he just recently played he recorded very impressive stats: 22.6ppg, 6.9rpg, 5.0apg and 1.3spg last season. A very spectacular year in his career as he was voted to Asia-Basket.com All-Indonesian IBL Second Team.
In 2016 (six years after his graduation) he was drafted by Erie BayHawks (D-League) in sixth round (98th overall).
He graduated from University of South Carolina in 2010 and it will be his 15th (!!!) season in pro basketball.
Raley-Ross is a very experienced player. Thanks to Raley-Ross' pro career he managed to play on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Africa and of course North America) in twelve different countries. He has played previously professionally in Bulgaria (Beroe), Croatia (Cibona), Estonia (Kalev/Cramo, Tarvas and Tallinn Kalev), Greece (Panelefsiniakos), Hong Kong (HK Eastern), Lithuania (Lietkabelis), Montenegro (Mornar), Slovakia (Iskra Svit), Libya (Al Ittihad Tri), NBA G League (College Park SkyHawks) and ECBL (Winston-Salem Wolves).
Among many awards he played in the final of Hong Kong League in 2022. Raley-Ross was also selected to Eurobasket.com All-Latvian-Estonian Basketball League Import Player of the Year back in 2021.
He is close to retirement age as a player. It may be one of last seasons in his extensive career, which he may end at Bison.
