Hamilton number one in Mongolia MBL for round 20 (by Hoops Agents)

American Power forward Ken'Darrius Hamilton (206-F/C-1996, agency: BIG) had a very impressive game in the last round for Shutis Sharks Ulaanbaatar, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 20.
The 27-year old player had a double-double of 34 points and 11 rebounds, while his team in a lost game to Darkhan (#11, 4-12) 76-79. The game rather meaningless between the teams, which do not have any influence on top of the standings. Sharks maintains the 13th position in Mongolian MBL. Too late to salvage the team, which is currently ranked at the very bottom. They already lost 11 games and recorded just two victories. In the team's last game Hamilton had a remarkable 86.7% from 2-point range. He turned to be Sharks' top player in his first season with the team. Ken'Darrius Hamilton averages just after three games 18.3ppg and 10.7rpg.

The second best player in last round's games was young international guard Enkhbaatar Onolbaatar (196-G-1995) of league's leader Erdenet Miners. Onolbaatar had a very good evening with a double-double of 22 points and 14 rebounds. Of course he led Miners to another comfortable win 88-69 over the lower-ranked Umnugovi (#12, 4-13) being unquestionably team leader. This victory allowed Miners to move up to 1st position in the standings. His team lost just three games this season, while they won 15 matches. Onolbaatar is well-known at Miners and is a proven leader in his second season with the team.

Third on the list of top players last round was American swingman Kaden Archie (198-G/F-2000) of Mongolians Basketball Team (#10). Archie got into 30-points club by scoring 31 points in the last round. He went also for nine rebounds . Despite Archie's great performance the Mongolians lost 88-112 to the higher-ranked Selenge (#7, 9-11). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. Mongolians can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 5-12 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Archie has individually a great season in Mongolia. After 14 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 23.3ppg (2nd best) and rebounds with 8.0rpg (8th best). He also has 1.3bpg and a FGP of 55.1%.
