Aravt (MBL) has signed 27-year-old American guard Amarah Coleman, who stands at 180cm tall and played college basketball at DePaul. Coleman most recently played for Rojas in the Mexican LNBPF, where she averaged 10.0ppg, 4.0rpg, 1.0apg, and 2.0spg in three games. In the previous season, she played for Partizani in the Albanian league, contributing 10.8ppg, 7.5rpg, 4.1apg, and 1.6spg in 14 games. Coleman's performance helped Partizani reach both the league and Cup finals.
In 2018, she was drafted by the Atlanta Chicago Sky (WNBA) in the third round, 28th overall.
She graduated from DePaul University, and this is her sixth season in professional basketball.
She is a highly experienced player, having played professionally in five different countries across three continents. She is well-versed in the European, Australian, and North American leagues. In the past, she has played for teams such as Power in Australia, Dafni Agioy in Greece, Snaefell in Iceland, and Ferrol in Spain. Additionally, she spent one year playing for the University of Illinois.
