The Amazons win the Semifinal opener

Ulaanbaatar Amazons overcame Lynx 81-77 in the first semifinal. The Amazons led 8 points at the halftime, however the Lynz grabbed a 57-55 lead after three quarters. Only due to 26-20 push in the last stanza, Ulaanbaatar Amazons won the opener.
Nandinhusel stepped up with 24 points and Ariunceceg posted 20. Crystal Thomas (175-F, college: St.Mary's, TX) replied with 23 points in a loss.
