Arhangai advance to the Finals

Arhangai advanced to the Finals of the National Play-offs. They overcame Uvurhangai 4-1 in the semifinal series when the closed the series with a 113-109 win. Sanchir Tungalag (190-G-89) top-scored for the winners with 34 points and Jeffrey Allen netted 24. Uugabayar Tumenbayar replied with 19 points in defeat, whilst Brandon Morris (203-F-94, college: Benedict) had 16.
Sukhbaatar meanwhile reduced to 2-3 in the series against Hovd Shonkhoruud by beating them 106-98 in game 5. Jordan Bedford (183-PG-92, college: Belhaven) stepped up with 22 points and Richard McCalop (203-PF, college: Oklahoma S&A) as well as Zorigtbaatar Enkhtur notched 21 each.
