Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The game between NS Matrix (5-3) and Rising Star (2-5) was the most important one in the last round on Saturday night. NS Matrix was defeated by Rising Star in a tough game on the road 61-67. The best player for the winners was guard Zheng-Yang Chong (180-2003) who scored 26 points. DR Congolese guard Tychique Bosango (189-2001) chipped in 17 points and 12 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was American center Amir Williams (211-1992, college: Ohio St.) who recorded 15 points and 9 rebounds. NS Matrix's coach Felton Sealey rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Rising Star are again looking forward to face NS Matrix in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. NS Matrix will play against Johor Tigers and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

It was a good game for international point guard Yee-Tong Heng (180) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 25 points, 9 rebounds and 10 assists. Arinze Chidom contributed with 24 points, 13 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 blocks for the winners. The former international guard Chun-Hong Ting (193-1996) answered with a double-double by scoring 26 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists for NS Matrix. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Johor Tigers will play against Adroit (#6) in Singapore in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. NS Matrix will play against Rising Star (#4) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

It was a great evening for Arinze Chidom who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 26 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists. The best for the losing side was Jia-Jun Lee with 23 points and 5 rebounds. Rising Star's coach Lip-ee Kee tested eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Johor Tigers will meet at home Adroit (#6) in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Rising Star will play against NS Matrix and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Other games of round 3 were quite predictable and ended without any surprises. Here they are:
KL Aseel was crushed by NS Matrix in a road game 82-60. Penang SY beat KL Aseel at home 80-76. Penang SY lost to undefeated Johor Tigers on the opponent's court 72-94.

Strangely NS Matrix outrebounded Johor Tigers 64-47 including 17 on the offensive glass. It was a good game for international point guard Yee-Tong Heng (180) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 25 points, 9 rebounds and 10 assists. American forward Arinze Chidom (206, college: UC Riverside) contributed with a double-double by scoring 24 points, 13 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 blocks for the winners. American center Amir Williams (211-1992, college: Ohio St.) helped adding 16 points and 8 rebounds. Four NS Matrix players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was the former international point guard Yong-Gan Wee (178-1998) with 17 points and the former international guard Zhen-Jie Tem (177-1998) scored 15 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. NS Matrix will meet Rising Star (#4) in the next round. KL Aseel will play against Penang SY and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
