De'Quan Abrom (ex Mandurah M.) joins NS Matrix

De'Quan Abrom

Negeri Sembilan Matrix (MPL) added to their roster 27-year old American shooting guard De'Quan Abrom (188cm-83kg-1996, college: Belm.Abbey). He played this summer at Mandurah Magic in Australian NBL One West West. In 22 NBL One North games just recently he had very impressive stats: 24.2ppg, 5.2rpg, 5.5apg and 1.8spg. The last season he played at Macau Black Bears in Macau league.
He is quite experienced player. His career allowed him to visit four different continents, while he played in five different countries. He tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, Australia and of course North America. He has played previously professionally in Bulgaria (Beroe), China, Germany (Ehingen/Urspringschule) and North Macedonia (KK Kumanovo 2009).
He was voted to D2CCA NCAA D2 All-America Honorable Mention back in 2020.
He graduated from Belmont Abbey College in 2020 and it will be his fifth season as a professional player. He played also for Urbana University for one year.
