Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

Very significant was Johor Tigers' (#1, 9-1) victory against 4th ranked KL Aseel (4-7) 91-76. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of KL Aseel. Johor Tigers forced 25 KL Aseel turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Tevin Glass (206-1994, college: ETSU, agency: BIG) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 26 points and 19 rebounds and international point guard Yee-Tong Heng (178-1998) who added 18 points and 4 assists during the contest. Johor Tigers' coach used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Center Jing-Hung Lee (190-2001) responded with 22 points and 6 rebounds. Johor Tigers (9-1) have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain first position. KL Aseel at the other side keeps the fourth place with seven games lost.
The game in Bandar Seri Begawan supposed to be also worth to mention about. Third ranked NS Matrix (7-3) played at the court of 6th ranked Pegasus (2-9). NS Matrix smashed Pegasus 118-86. The winners were led by Filipino point guard Jeff Viernes (172-1989) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 49 points (!!!), 12 rebounds and 5 assists and Sharwin Siva supported him with 14 points and 21 rebounds. Even 28 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists by Filipino forward Andrian Celada (190-1988) did not help to save the game for Pegasus. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. NS Matrix moved-up to second place. Pegasus lost eighth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with nine games lost.

In the last game of round 8 Penang SY lost to Adroit on the opponent's court 107-112.
