Sagesse are the 2016 Dubai International Basketball Tournament Champions - Feb 21, 2016

For the second year in a row, a Lebanese team managed to win the Dubai international basketball tournament, to prove once again that Lebanese teams are among the best 'if not the best in the region! This year, Sagesse defeated Al Ahly from UAE in the final game 96-91 to bring the trophy to Lebanon! Terrell Stoglin (185-G-91, college: Maryland) proved once again that he was the best fit for Sagesse, as he was playing at his best and helping his teammates a lot! Elie Rustom, Sabah Khoury and Rodrigue Akl (187-PG-88) all played very well also, while the green team's other foreigners had a great game too. Sagesse was the only team representing Lebanon at the tournament this year, as last year's winners Al Riyadi are currently participating in the 2016 WABA tournament alongside Champville.
