Al Riyadi - Club Beirut 93-53

Al Riyadi forced 19 Club Beirut turnovers and outrebounded them 42-27 including 29 on the defensive glass. Al Riyadi looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American swingman Quionche Carter (183, college: FGCU) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 26 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field). The former international point guard Rebecca Akl (170-1992) contributed with 20 points, 8 rebounds, 8 assists and 4 steals for the winners. Four Al Riyadi players scored in double figures. American center Imani McGee-Stafford (201-1994, college: Texas) answered with 11 points and 9 rebounds and the other American import swingman Brooque Williams (175-1989, college: California, PA) added 13 points in the effort for Club Beirut. Club Beirut's coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win.

Azour dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Homentmen A.'s 30. Azour forced 20 Homentmen turnovers. Nigerian-American power forward Victoria Macaulay (193-1990, college: Temple) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 11 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals for the winners and American-Nigerian center Nneka Ezeigbo (188-1998, college: RMU) chipped in 22 points and 13 rebounds. At the losing side American forward Jillian Archer (188-2000, college: St.John's) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 17 rebounds and the other American import guard Martha Burse (168-1996, college: Indianapolis) scored 18 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists and 5 steals. Four Homentmen players scored in double figures.
