Sagesse - Al Hekmeh Beirut (LBL) agreed terms with 32-year old Haitian center Cady Lalanne (208cm-113kg-1992, college: UMass). He just played at KCC Egis in South Korean KBL league. In 23 games he had very impressive stats: 20.9ppg, 9.2rpg, 1.7apg and 1.1bpg last season. Good year as he was named League Player of the Week. He also played 2 games in East Asia Super League where he recorded also remarkable stats: 29.0ppg, 13.0rpg, 3.5apg, 1.0spg and 3.0bpg. The other team he played shortly was another South Korean team Anyang KGC (KBL).
In 2015 he was drafted by San Antonio Spurs (NBA) in second round (55th overall). Lalanne graduated from University of Massachusetts and it will be his tenth season in pro basketball.
He is quite experienced player. His career allowed him to visit four different continents, while he played in ten different countries. Lalanne tasted the life as a pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America. He has played previously professionally in China (Golden Bulls), Italy (Brindisi), Kuwait (Kuwait), Puerto Rico (Capitanes and Piratas), Spain (BAXI Manresa and Longevida San Pablo Burgos), Turkey (Besiktas), South Korea (Sakers and Sonicboom), NBA G League (Austin Spurs), The Basketball Tournament (Armored Athlete) and Big3 (Trilogy).
Among many awards he won West Asia Super League Group Gulf Coast championship title in 2024. Lalanne was also voted Asiabasket.com All-West Asia Super League Final 8 Center of the Year in 2024.
