Champville (LBL) landed 27-year old American 183cm point guard J'Von McCormick (college: Auburn, agency: BIG) for new season. He played last summer at War Ready (The Basketball Tournament) in the U.S. In two TBT games he averaged 8.0ppg, 2.5rpg, 1.5apg and 2.5spg. The last season he played at Foolad Hormozgan Bandar Abbass (Superleague) in Iranian league.
And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life on three different continents. He is familiar with European, Asian and of course North American leagues. McCormick has played previously professionally in Iran, Turkey (Kocaeli) and Ukraine (Odessa).
His team was regular season runner-up in SEC in 2020.
He graduated from Auburn University in 2020 and it will be his sixth season in pro basketball. McCormick played also for Lee College for 2 years.
