Cleanthony Early (ex Al Nasr) joins Centrale- January 8, 2025

He just played at Al Nasr in Libyan D1 league. The last season season he played at another Libyan team Al Ittihad Tripoli (also in D1). In 2014 he was drafted by New York Knicks (NBA) in second round (34th overall). The former Wichita State star is in his eleventh (!!!) season in pro basketball. He is quite experienced player. His career allowed him to visit five different continents, while he played in fifteen different countries. He tasted the life as a pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa and of course North America. Early has played previously professionally in Bahrain, Dominican Republic (Parque Hostos and Enriquillo), France (Olympique Antibes), Greece, Hungary (Atomeromu), Japan (Hachioji Trains), Saudi Arabia (Al Ahli and Ohod), South Africa (Tigers), Taiwan (New Taipei CTBC DEA and TB Herobears), Venezuela (Gladiadores), Lebanon (Sagesse and Dynamo), Kuwait (Kazma), NBA G League (RGV Vipers), The Basketball Tournament (Aftershocks) and Mongolia (BCH Garid). Among many awards Early's team won Libyan League Group 4 Regular Season in 2024. He was voted to Asia-Basket.com Japanese B League D2 All-Imports Team back in 2019. He played also for Sullivan County Community College for 2 years. |
